As the start of the new year emerges, RLX Construction looks back on a successful 2023 and kicks off 2024 with a series of achievements across various projects.
One of the notable accomplishments in January is the completion of the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue refurbishment project at their training headquarters. The extensive refurbishment included enhancements to the canteen area, reception lobby, and reception office. The project showcases the importance of creating well-designed and efficient spaces to support the vital work of our emergency services.
Furthermore, we successfully completed the washrooms facilities at Maltby Fire Station. These essential facilities not only provide comfort for the firefighters but also contribute to maintaining a hygienic and functional workspace, essential for their demanding roles in protecting the community.
In addition to these achievements, RLX Construction has embarked on an exciting new project of a Grade II listed building in Sheffield. Preserving historical structures while integrating modern functionality and aesthetics.
The restoration project undertaken by RLX Construction aims to breathe new life into the structure while preserving its unique character and historical integrity. Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to conservation principles will guide every phase of the restoration process, ensuring that the building retains its original charm and authenticity.

We released the date for our annual golf day in aid of Sheffield Children’s Hospital charity. The event, held at the prestigious Hallamshire Golf Club, gathered overwhelming support due to the success from last year, with all available spaces filled within a single day!
