Itโs been another busy month for the RLX team, with August bringing the completion of a fantastic healthcare project, supporting our local community and delivering a wide range of works across schools and academies throughout Yorkshire and the Midlands.

Weโre delighted to have completed the refurbishment and transformation of an existing building for Sheffield Childrenโs NHS Foundation Trust, creating a modern, welcoming environment to support its outpatient services.
The works included the creation of new consultation rooms and office space, installation of a new lift to improve accessibility throughout the building, and new air handling plant on the roof to provide upgraded ventilation to the refurbished areas.
The internal environment was carefully considered, with finishes, colours, materials and detailing creating a bright, inviting and comfortable space, whilst ensuring the facility continues to meet the practical demands of a busy healthcare setting.
A great project for the team to complete, and one weโre proud to see now serving the Trust and its patients.

This month, we were pleased to help Mossbrook School in Sheffield, by donating much-needed materials to help enhance the sensory experiences of its pupils.
Mossbrook supports more than 180 children with autism and does an incredible job supporting its pupils within a building that is very much in need of some TLC.
While the school awaits council funding for much-needed renovations, support from local businesses and the wider community makes a real difference. Weโre pleased to have been able to play a small part in helping create improved experiences for the children and young people at the school.

The summer period has been a particularly busy one for RLX, with our teams carrying out works across a number of schools and academies throughout Yorkshire and the Midlands.
With schools closed for the summer holidays, our teams have been working hard to deliver a wide variety of improvements, including:

๐น Upgrades to electrical supplies
๐น Classroom, staff room and dining space refurbishments
๐น Toilet refurbishments
๐น Reconfiguration of existing spaces
๐น Installation of new steelwork in preparation for disabled access lifts
A special thank you to all of our subcontractors, suppliers and site teams for their hard work, commitment and flexibility throughout the summer programme. Delivering construction and refurbishment works within the tight window of the school holidays takes excellent coordination, teamwork and dedication, and we really appreciate everyone who has gone the extra mile to help ensure these projects were completed on time and ready for pupils and staff returning in September.
From healthcare and education projects to supporting our local community, August has been another month of delivering spaces that make a difference.
