April has been another productive month for RLX Construction, marked by the start of new works for an existing client and key project completions.
We’re pleased to announce the commencement of a new extension at the headquarters of Arden Winch, a valued return client. The project will expand the existing factory to provide additional storage space, supporting the ongoing growth of this successful and long-established business.

This month we successfully completed Phase 2 of 4 at Jessops Maternity Hospital, part of an ongoing refurbishment for Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Delivering works in a live healthcare environment requires meticulous planning, phased coordination, and close collaboration with NHS teams to ensure that clinical services remain uninterrupted throughout. We’re proud of the professionalism and dedication shown by our teams and partners during this critical phase and look forward to progressing into Phase 3.

Additionally, this month we successfully handed over the newly transformed Woodseats Medical Centre, where we converted an existing space into modern consulting rooms. This upgrade will serve the growing needs of the facility and improve the experience for both staff and patients.
