November News
November has been an exciting and busy month for RLX Construction as we kick off several new projects for both new and returning clients.
We have also completed the refurbishment of an internal upgrade at Sheffield Childrens Hospital in the ICU, works included demolition and remodelling of existing partitions to open up the space. A new doorway was formed and installed, including new flooring, ceiling works, decoration and electrical upgrades. Providing this critical facility with a new and improved space.
New Projects Underway
Barnsley Hospital: We’re back at the education block at Barnsley hospital where we have previously carried out a full new aluminium window replacement scheme. This time we are carrying out an internal refurbishment of the education block, with carefully planned phased works to ensure the building remains operational throughout the project.
North East Derbyshire District Council Head Offices: RLX have provided a temporary reception area whilst we transform the existing reception area, lobby, and interview rooms to create a refreshed and welcoming new environment for staff and visitors.
South Yorkshire Fire Station: Our team has returned to Training and development centre in Sheffield to upgrade a room designated for server equipment and developing new office space to support their operations.
Jessops Ward: We are carrying out a phased refurbishment at the Jessops hospital for our valued client, Sheffield Teaching Hospital. The works will be split across 4 phases which include extensive refurbishment and upgrades to an existing ward. Works are carefully planned and segregated throughout to ensure minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
